ADMISSION OVERVIEW

Gyankunj International School, Khargone welcomes students from Nursery to Class X. Our admission process follows CBSE guidelines and ensures transparency and fair selection based on eligibility and seat availability.

Age Criteria

Nursery

Age 3+ years

LKG

Age 4+ years

UKG

Age 5+ years

Grade I & II

Age 6+ years

Admission Criteria

  • Nursery to Grade II – Interaction with student and parents.
  • Grade III to VIII – Written test in English, Hindi, EVS and Mathematics (minimum 60%).
  • Grade IX – Written test in English, Science and Mathematics (minimum 65%).
  • Grade X – Direct admission allowed only in case of parent transfer or relocation.

Admission Procedure

  1. Collect and fill the admission form from the school office.
  2. Submit the completed form along with required documents.
  3. Student assessment or interaction will be conducted.
  4. Admission will be confirmed based on performance and seat availability.
  5. The final list of selected students will be displayed on the school notice board.

Documents Required

  • Two passport size photographs of student and parents.
  • Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority.
  • Transfer Certificate from previous school (if applicable).
  • Previous class mark sheet.
  • Copy of Aadhar Card.
  • SSSMID copy (if applicable).

RTE Provision

As per the Right to Education (RTE) Act, 25% of seats in the entry-level class are reserved for eligible students according to government norms.
